閱讀彰化縣埔鹽鄉義剪新聞後感想 閱讀臺北時報109年10月18日及自由時報109年10月12日的報導，得知近日彰化縣埔鹽鄉石埤村的高齡長者，因為鄉長許文萍女士聯繫雅頓集團前來提供義剪服務，而有一次很不錯的理髮經驗。 Reading the Taipei Times report on October 18, 2020, I learned that recently the elderly in Shipi Village(石埤村), Puyan Township(埔鹽鄉), Changhua County(彰化縣), had a very good haircut experience because of the township chief, Ms. Xu Wen-ping(許文萍鄉長), who contacted the Arden Group(雅頓集團) to provide free cut services. 從報紙上得知，埔鹽鄉石埤村有四分之一以上的居民都是高齡長者，年輕人口大量外移。當地完全沒有理髮店。村民長輩如果要理髮，得騎機車或腳踏車到五公里外，或者自行剪髮。這回在鄉長聯繫下舉辦義剪活動，許多村民都是興高采烈前來參與，連102歲的人瑞爺爺也參加了。 According to reports, more than a quarter of the residents in Shipi Village, Puyan Township are elderly people, and a large number of young people have migrated.
