閱讀行政院主計總處第195號國情統計通報筆記 Reading notes of "National Statistics Bulletin No. 195" 閱讀行政院主計總處發布的第195號「國情統計通報」,得知:從今年一月到八月之間,中高齡者(年齡為45歲至64歲的民眾)之勞動參與率平均為63.9%。 Reading the National Statistics Bulletin No. 195 issued by the General Accounting Office of the Executive Yuan, I learned that from January to August this year, the average labor force participation rate of middle-aged and elderly people (people aged 45 to 64) was 63.9%. 什麼是「勞動參與率」呢?勞動部「勞動統計查詢網」對「勞動參與率」的定義是:「勞動力占15 歲以上民間人口的比率」。勞動力包含就業者與失業者,所以目前沒有工作的民眾,如果有找工作的意願,也正在找工作,那他還是屬於「勞動力」。 What is the "Labor Force Participation Rate"?
