Blustery west wind, chorused with honk of wild geese on skies beneath frosty daybreak moon. Beneath frosty daybreak moon, harsh sound of hooves and trumpets. Never say the buttressed fort like iron, over it now we stride across. We stride across, the sinuous hills as green as sea, and the remaining setting sun as red as blood. PS My thanks to Mr. Reaizuguo*, our fellow blogger, for his introducing us such a great poem by Chairman Mao. |
