1.7 十五色界心(Rūpāvacara-Cittāni)
1.7.1 五色界善心(Rūpāvacara-kusala-cittāni)
1. Vitakka-vicāra-pīti-sukh'ekaggatā-sahitaṃ paṭhamajjhāna-kusalacittaṃ. 2. Vicāra-pīti-sukh'ekaggatā-sahitaṃ dutiyajjhāna-kusalacittaṃ. 3. Pīti-sukh'ekaggatā-sahitaṃ tatiyajjhāna-kusalacittaṃ. 4. Sukh'ekaggatā-sahitaṃ catutthajjhāna-kusalacittaṃ. 5. Upekkh'ekaggatā-sahitaṃ pañcamajjhāna-kusalacittañ cā ti. Imāni pañca pi rūpāvacara-kusalacittāni nāma.
(Form-Sphere Moral Consciousness—5)
1. First Jhāna moral consciousness together with initial application, sustained application, joy, happiness, and one-pointedness, 2. Second Jhāna moral consciousness together with sustained application, joy, happiness, and one-pointedness, 3. Third Jhāna moral consciousness together with joy, happiness, and one-pointedness, 4. Fourth Jhāna moral consciousness together with happiness and one-pointedness, 5. Fifth Jhāna moral consciousness together with equanimity and one-pointedness.
These are the five types of Form-Sphere Moral consciousness.
1. 尋、伺、喜、樂、一境性俱,初禪善心。 2. 伺、喜、樂、一境性俱,第二禪善心。 3. 喜、樂、一境性俱,第三禪善心。 4. 樂、一境性俱,第四禪善心。 5. 捨、一境性俱,第五禪善心。 這五種是色界善心。

1.7.2 五色界果報心(Rūpāvacara-vipāka-cittāni)
6. Vitakka-vicāra-pīti-sukh'ekaggatā-sahitaṃ paṭhamajjhāna-vipākacittaṃ. 7. Vicāra-pīti-sukh'ekaggatā-sahitaṃ dutiyajjhāna-vipākacittaṃ. 8. Pīti-sukh'ekaggatā-sahitaṃ tatiyajjhāna-vipākacittaṃ. 9. Sukh'ekaggatā-sahitaṃ catutthajjhāna-vipākacittaṃ. 10. Upekkh'ekaggatā-sahitaṃ pañcamajjhāna-vipākacittañ cā ti. Imāni pañca pi rūpāvacara-vipākacittāni nāma.
(Form-Sphere Resultant Consciousness—5)
1. First Jhāna Resultant consciousness together with initial application, sustained application, joy, happiness, and one-pointedness, 2. Second Jhāna Resultant consciousness together with sustained application, joy, happiness, and one-pointedness, 3. Third Jhāna Resultant consciousness together with joy, happiness, and one-pointedness, 4. Fourth Jhāna Resultant consciousness together with happiness and one-pointedness, 5. Fifth Jhāna Resultant consciousness together with equanimity and one-pointedness.
These are the five types of Jhāna Resultant consciousness.
6. 尋、伺、喜、樂、一境性俱,初禪果報心。 7. 伺、喜、樂、一境性俱,第二禪果報心。 8. 喜、樂、一境性俱,第三禪果報心。 9. 樂、一境性俱,第四禪果報心。 10. 捨、一境性俱,第五禪果報心。 這五種是色界果報心。

1.7.3 五色界唯作心(Rūpāvacara-kriyā-cittāni)
11. Vitakka-vicāra-pīti-sukh'ekaggatā-sahitaṃ paṭhamajjhāna-kriyācittaṃ. 12. Vicāra-pīti-sukh'ekaggatā-sahitaṃ dutiyajjhāna-kriyācittaṃ. 13. Pīti-sukh'ekaggatā-sahitaṃ tatiyajjhāna-kriyācittaṃ. 14. Sukh'ekaggatā-sahitaṃ catutthajjhāna-kriyācittaṃ. 15. Upekkh'ekaggatā-sahitaṃ pañcamajjhāna-kriyācittañ cā ti. Imāni pañca pi rūpāvacara-kriyācittāni nāma. Icc' evaṃ sabbathā pi paṇṇarasa rūpāvacara-kusala-vipāka-kriyā-cittāni samattāni.
(Form-Sphere Functional Consciousness—5)
1. First Jhāna Functional consciousness together with initial application, sustained application, joy, happiness and one-pointedness, 2. Second Jhāna Functional consciousness together with sustained application, joy, happiness, and one-pointedness, 3. Third Jhāna Functional consciousness together with joy, happiness, and one-pointedness, 4. Fourth Jhāna Functional consciousness together with happiness and one-pointedness, 5. Fifth Jhāna Functional consciousness together with equanimity and one-pointedness.
These are the five types of Form-Sphere Functional consciousness. Thus end, in all, the fifteen types of Form-Sphere Moral, Resultant, and Functional consciousness.
11. 尋、伺、喜、樂、一境性俱,初禪唯作心。 12. 伺、喜、樂、一境性俱,第二禪唯作心。 13. 喜、樂、一境性俱,第三禪唯作心。 14. 樂、一境性俱,第四禪唯作心。 15. 捨、一境性俱,第五禪唯作心。 這五種是色界唯作心。 如是總結,一共有十五色界心:善、果報及唯作。

(Summary)
Form-Sphere consciousness is fivefold according to different Jhānas. That becomes fifteenfold according to Moral, Resultant and Functional types.
依禪那而分,色界心五種; 更依善、果報、唯作,則成十五種。
