英譯羅大岡詩〈無法投遞〉
強迫學生背詩、譯詩，不覺手癢，無聊加入戲作。 羅大岡（1909 – 1998）的詩文風格質樸，乍看淡逸，細細吟詠玩味，自有一股蘊藉風流。摯友評其詩曰：「學生氣太重。」聞之莞爾。

無法投遞 退回原處
沒有名號的街道 唉 正小病初愈
牆是獨白 窗是對語
下雨的晴天的漫遊 破皮鞋補了又補
一到夜深如海 細數鄰人的腳步

Undeliverable Return to Sender
Where the streets have no names, Alas, just getting over an ailment,
The wall being monologue, And the window dialogue,
On many a rainy day and sunny day I saunter, With my ragged shoes cobbled over and over.
When night falls as deep as the ocean, I, attentively, count the footsteps of neighbors.
