Encourage yourself to go out

With the rise of the "Stay-at-Home Economy", many people reduce the frequency of going out. You can do a lot of meaningful things at home, such as reading, writing, listening to lectures, handling clerical affairs, and participating in remote meetings. There is even a "fit-out at home" course. Instructors try to help people who stay at home for a long time to maintain a basic amount of exercise. Coupled with the rise of delivery platforms, if you want to dine and buy daily necessities, you dont have to go out, and you dont have to wait too long. In about half an hour, the delivery staff will deliver them to your home.

However, if the current situation continues to develop, and if many people who love activities at home do not realize the necessity and importance of "going out" at the same time, then what we can see may not be just - some people have been doing it for a long time, the posture that lacks sufficient exercise and becomes unhealthy; it may not only be the lack of adequate opportunities for face-to-face interaction between people, which may cause social fear, unfamiliarity, and estrangement; it may also be more than a lack of closeness to nature (Mountains, rivers, seas, forests, etc.) opportunities have gradually become more accustomed and constrained by the "concrete jungle".

It is better to ask yourself. Thousands of theories are not as good as practice. The way to break through the fog and worry and fear seems to be to go out and walk around, or at least change the space. In short, do everything possible to let yourself do something, perseveringly "go out", and "move" and "walk."

However, modern people seem to have become accustomed to rational calculations, and they are used to considering the pros, cons, gains and losses first. Regardless of the impact of the epidemic, "going out" seems to be a "burden" in itself, or a "trouble", or perhaps a "risk". This is the reason why many people retreat from "going out". If it is from the perspective of rational calculation, to guide oneself out of activities, it seems that you have to find a reasonable and powerful reason. For example, delete the delivery app in your mobile phone, make yourself hungry and have to go out; or at least pick up food at the door of a store where you have to walk for more than ten minutes, so that you can exercise somehow even if you order delivery.

If some people have long advocated a simple and demanding life and dont have too many requirements for material life, there are still ways to encourage themselves to go out more. For example: borrowing books through the Internet, picking up and returning books in supermarkets; stipulating that every time you have to present a new copybook, or use up a small bottle of ink, or use up a pack of raw paper In this way, you can visit the stationery shop frequently and regularly. While not spending much money, it is a little helpful for interest development or talent learning, and promotes health. But the most important thing is to increase travel and stay connected with the outside world.

Since the new crown epidemic has continued in February this year, people from all walks of life and countries in the world have faced multiple impacts. Perhaps this is one of the most stressful moments for modern people. We all know that when stress is high, it must be relieved to maintain health; in the face of stress, it is not a good way to tolerate discomfort or if nothing happens. The process of relief must be "released", but it cannot be "indulged." In addition to "relieving stress," it seems that more positive thinking, positive speech, mutual encouragement, and tolerance can be avoided the conflicts that could have been avoided due to the two sides under tension.

Translation tool: Google Translate

This article is translated into English with the help of "Google Translate" and presented in both Chinese and English.

The Chinese part is the original idea of the blogger’s author; the author’s English is not very good, so can only read but cannot write fluently; facing the results of Google translation, I will read it as much as possible and modify it slightly, but from the author’s perspective look, the translation results of "Google Translate" are already perfect.

Artificial intelligence and machine learning cannot be underestimated! This is something we never thought of when we memorized vocabulary and grammar in high school. Todays high school students are really lucky to be able to learn at least one foreign language with the help of powerful and numerous online tools, as a tool for absorbing the wisdom of other countries and enriching their own life.
