一場有關「職場適應」的演講之筆記與感想

Notes and thoughts from a lecture on "Workplace Adaptation"

今天下午在公署聽了一場演講。

I heard a speech at the office this afternoon.

講師是社會工作領域之專家,曾在知名輔導諮商團體擔任管理者。

The lecturer is an expert in the field of social work and has served as a manager in a well-known counseling and consulting group.

這場講座的主題,是與「職場壓力調適」有關。

The theme of this lecture is related to "Workplace Stress Adjustment".

講座一開始,講師就以「人」字的筆劃為喻,

At the beginning of the lecture, the lecturer used the strokes of the word "人" as a metaphor,

他說人的生命及生命要過得好,至少要能兼顧兩個面向:一個是事業,一個是情感。

He said that to live a good life, at least two aspects must be taken into account: one is career and the other is emotion.

但除此之外,應該有更高的「意義」與「價值感」。

But beyond that, there should be a higher "meaning" and "sense of value."

在講座中,聽到若干關鍵字,例如:

In the lecture, I heard several keywords, such as:

1.「悅納自己」:只有你能打從心裡接受自己的現況,你才會快樂。

(Accept yourself": You will be happy only if you can accept yourself from the heart.)

2.真正力量是「由內而發」 The real power is "from within"

3.做一個「有溫度」的人 Be a "warm" person

4.生活要「動靜平衡」 Life needs to be "dynamic and static"

5.有許多放鬆或紓解壓力的方式

There are many ways to relax or relieve stress

6.社會工作者的專業,是幫助求助者「看到自己」

The profession of social workers is to help seekers "see themselves"

上述關鍵字的第六項,讓我想起曾經聽過:「當事人才是自己的最佳問題解決者。」這般說法。

The sixth item of the above keyword reminds me of having heard:"The person concerned is the best solver of his own problem." Such a statement.

在紓解壓力的實際做法上,講師也提出具體的建議,包括:運動、讀書、旅行,多結交想法正向的朋友,培養專長與業餘興趣等。

In terms of practical methods of relieving stress, the lecturer also put forward specific suggestions, including: exercise, reading, traveling, making more positive-minded friends, and cultivating expertise and leisure interests.

聽完這場演講,我的感想是:很顯然,環境適應與壓力調適,有相當難度,專家的幫助或引領將會很有益處。

After listening to this speech, my thoughts are: Obviously, environmental adaptation and pressure adjustment are quite difficult, and expert help or guidance will be very helpful.

但更重要的是我們的實踐與調整,而不能一味期望來自外在的建議或策略。

But what is more important is our practice and adjustment, and we cannot blindly expect suggestions or strategies from outside.
