就酒廠的資料，此酒是由35% Chardonnay、50% Pinot Noir以及15% 的Pinot Meunier所組成，聞起來帶有一些麵團的氣味及一些類似花香系的氣味。酒體及酸度中等，氣泡的細緻程度也不差。架構算相當完整且餘韻的長度不錯，算是隻中規中矩的NV香檳。不過，這隻酒在Wine Seacher上察到的售價約在US$ 20-30之間，橡木桶的售價算是偏高，因此滿意度得打個折扣。
