When a country is bullied by another county, the dominating country will do anything for brutality, as ROC passport incident, the others won't say a word regarding justice, because dominating one has more power (or better writting skills, more infatuating female fans supporting in UDN) , it happens to me in UDN as well....

I am pround of the mother who lost her eldest son 23 years ( 1989) ago, and agree with her point of view that the accident perpetrators ( 肇事者),even worst were drunk drivers should be sued as a murder.

I personal feel that Taiwan law is too easy to let the perpetrators go free or hardly have any respnsibility & 刑罰.
