這裡介紹所有的營養素食沙拉菜都請不要用超市賣的沙拉醬調味
因為沙拉醬裏有防腐劑/色素/化學物料 營養素食沙拉菜基本的調味料: 鹽/特級初榨橄欖油/檸檬汁 營養素食沙拉菜加味的調味料: 放新鮮的香草藥如 水芹/蘿蔔嬰/莞荽/薄荷葉/茴香/荷蘭芹/羅勒 這是一道夏日的生菜沙拉 Ingredients (成份): 2 avocados, peeled and stones removed 2顆牛油果 剝皮 去石頭子 *下方有圖示 juice of 1 lemon 一顆檸檬壓成汁 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 3湯匙 特級初榨橄欖油 1 stick celery, trimmed and finely sliced 1根西洋芹菜 修掉粗的部位 再切細絲 *下方有圖示 4 tomatoes, sliced into wedges 4顆番茄 切成一瓣一瓣 像我們在吃的柳丁 1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced into sticks 3–4cm long 一條小黃瓜 切成一細根3-4公分長 1 punnet cress, trimmed 1小籃水芹 修掉不好的部位 *水芹跟蘿蔔嬰一樣有辣味 4 handfuls baby spinach leaves 4手把嫩菠菜葉 ½ cup pumpkin seeds 半杯南瓜子 Method (作法): Slice avocado into slim wedges and toss in a large bowl with lemon juice to prevent discolouration. Add sea salt, ground black pepper and olive oil and gently toss again. Add remaining ingredients and fold through to combine.
