「新冠又開始大流行了！」醫師曝門診塞爆 網嘆：昨天確診第6次

農曆春節連假即將到來，然而國內COVID-19（2019冠狀病毒疾病）疫情似乎又開始升溫，胸腔科醫師蘇一峰就提醒，「最近新冠又開始大流行了，門診急診住院一大堆」。

根據近日疾管署疫情監測資料顯示，以台北來看，近兩週新冠確診病例增加，加上最近寒流影響，以及之後春節連假、開學，預估3月初將迎來新一波呼吸道疫情，流感、COVID-19病例都可能增加。

胸腔科醫師蘇一峰就提醒，最近新冠又開始大流行了，門診急診住院一大堆，呼籲民眾自己要小心。此外，蘇一峰醫師也指出，「新冠肺炎感染後容易肺纖維化，痊癒後記得到醫院照X光檢查，肺纖維化黃金治療時間及早治療效果才好」。

許多網友也紛紛表示，「這波寒流一堆人都感冒了」、「一早就看到診所外面一堆人排隊」、「我昨天才又得新冠第六次」、「我前幾天才跑去接種Novavax XBB.1.5的新冠疫苗，希望可以預防新冠」。 此前，疾管署23日公布2023年1月至6月新冠病毒血清抗體監視系統監視結果，調查發現至去年6月止（第四波疫情）國人血清陽性率已逼近8成（78.9%）。

疾管署副署長羅一鈞分析，由此估計去年6月底的「天選之人」已經下降到只剩2成，而這段期間疫情經歷過去年下半年至今，估計僅有1成或者更低。

羅一鈞也表示，雖全國截至去年6月底曾感染新冠肺炎個案數已近八成，過去這半年7月到現在今年一月，沒有明顯疫情大起伏，現在才進入疫情第五波，目前推估感染數到九成，反之天選之人大概只有剩一成。

預估農曆春節前一週國內新冠疫情還將達到一波新高峰，加上寒流來襲且近期各項聚會活動、學校寒假開始等人群聚集及移動頻率增加，病毒傳播風險上升，建議民眾儘早接種新冠XBB疫苗，以及時獲得保護力。
