Throughout my days in schools, "資本論" was a taboo.  People had no chance to be read it in Taiwan, even those three words were like poisonous snakes and was shunned by the people who heard of them.  There was even a piece of anecdote like this: a guy or a student was reading some book written by 馬克吐溫, his superior or his teacher questioned him if 馬克吐溫 is 馬克思's brother.

The huge gap between the haves and the have-nots is still one of the biggest problems almost every country is trying hard to tackle with.  Is the return from the entrepreneurship of Apple worth that much while the manufacturing workers of Foxxcon so little?  Is there any exploitation of residual value still existed in this highly capitalist world?

How I wish I could have time and patience to read through this magnum opus, one of the greatest human thought in history.
