英國巴哈中心的水蕨 ＊花精之友在2019年4月出版主持人親自拍攝與編譯的《巴哈花精學習卡》＊

Admires those who have a strong mind and can decide well and quickly. 到了時間點能作出決定 New bach Flower Therapies這本書的作者Dietmar Karmer，是運用巴哈花精在德國治療師，這系列文章是要跟大家分享Karmer臨床經驗上怎麼從你說的話找到選花精的關鍵，當然也推薦去讀Dr. Bach對花精描述的原文(文末提供連結)，下個段落則是製造巴哈花精公司Healing Herbs的Julian的書中，了解植物特性與花精內涵，這幾本書翻譯與比較，提供給各位了解與研究花精參考。
花精植物特性 Cerato (拉丁學名: Ceratostigma willmottianum) Healing Herbs花精製造者Julian 在他書中Bach flower remedies- the essence within提到水蕨是巴哈花精中唯一非來自英國或歐洲的植物，水蕨是在1908年Dr. Wilson (人稱Chinese Wilson)從中國四川帶到英國，Julian本人更是在2005年親自到四川尋訪水蕨故鄉，這裡有當時陪同尋訪的中國花精師的文章: http://blog.sina.com.cn/s/blog_4848c9980102emnv.html 現在，水蕨在英國各地普遍種植到處可見，但在30年帶Bach在漁村Comer看到時水蕨可還是默默無名的植物呢，水蕨是灌木喜歡生長在溫暖、朝南有陽光的地方。個人經驗，我在倫敦的海德公園、舊金山的金門公園都有看到水蕨的身影，通常都在長路邊，雖然藍色花很特別但花形小，似乎會注意到水蕨的人並不多呢 ，可惜路人們不知道這個讓人找回方向的水蕨花阿! 巴哈醫師原文
