中年的療癒音樂廳：『家』的中年意義，更巨大了！Luther Vandross - A House Is Not A Home

什麼是家？隨著年紀的增長和體會，對我而言，中年的家，定義很不一樣，有很多的意義和奧妙，是我年輕時完全無法理解的。

家，當然就是講『愛』的地方。

但，長年的輔導人，很不一樣的體會是：家，在撫育人成長的過程，也是常常產生許多壓迫和傷害，發生的頻率也並非少數；也就是當我們認為家是理所當然講『愛』的地方，背後也常常伴隨許多負向的傷害。

灰色嗎？悲觀嗎？對我而言，這是意味著我的見識過後的肺腑之言，許多個案的家庭故事告訴我，屬於家庭負面的傷害，處理起來相當地棘手，孩子傷口的癒合、認知的重建，都得花很多的時間。

尤其現代家的形式和結構有了劇烈的變化，小家庭的普遍，個人主義的當道，過去大家族互助與監督的功能已完全喪失，愛，成了維繫家族和家庭最重要的基礎，當然要好好學習如何表達、維持『充滿愛』的家。

很棒的一首老歌，歌名還曾是聯考的作文題目呢！雖然歌詞講的是男女的愛，但放在house 和 home之間做區別，正如同『硬體』與『軟體』的對比，愛，就是關鍵。
