在耶穌之後，偉大的宗教創業家 保羅，在小亞細亞建立十幾個教會，他除了親自巡迴教育，也用「書信」解決各教會的難題。以當時的交通狀況，教會若發生嚴重問題回報給保羅至少需要三個月，保羅寫給教會的信又需至少三個月才能送達，所以，保羅所寫的勸勉書信，必須從三個月前的教會問題，推斷出三個月後教會的發展，針對未來每個人可能面臨的現實狀況寫一封信，讓分崩離析的教會一收到，全體信心恢復，反覆閱讀之後，可以逐漸解決生活難題。另外，這封信的內容必須具有恆久的價值，可以永遠地幫助教會的人解決信仰與人生的問題，因為保羅可能隨時被羅馬政府與猶太人暗殺，他必須把每封信都當成遺言。

保羅「加拉太書」第五章、第六章顯示，加拉太教會由二個族群組成，傳統基督徒—猶太人，與新加入的基督徒—中東人，這兩個派系無法溝通，發生衝突。保羅的建議是，教育信仰的 老師要謙卑一點，不要因為「受割禮」就自以為社會地位高、學歷好，「受割禮不受割禮全無功效，唯獨使人發生仁愛的信心才有功效。」 一個人活在世上的價值與否，取決於他對博愛的「實踐能力與堅持」。一個國家活在世上的價值與否，同樣取決於他對博愛的「實踐能力與堅持」。

教育者，要保持赤子的心態，思考自己什麼不會？什麼地方要多問多學習，保羅說：「我再指著凡受割禮的人確實地說，他是欠著行全律法的債。」不論一個人擁有再多的知識，只要他自滿就停止進步了， 一個人必須時時告訴自己，人世間所有的道理，我還沒有都做到 。保羅說：「你們這要靠律法稱義的，是與基督隔絕，從恩典中墜落了。」 一個人不是遵守法律、沒犯罪就了不起了，他必須要像耶穌一樣高道德，願意犧牲自己的利益去「成全別人」，否則人品也是墮落沒水準。聯合國的強國必須要像耶穌一樣高道德，願意犧牲自己的利益去「成全別人」，否則國格也是墮落沒水準。至少，他們應該遵守聯合國憲章。

教育者，要能 掌控自己的情緒(聖靈)，堅持「愛人如己」的信仰，追求高尚的道德(義) ，保羅說：「我們靠著聖靈，憑著信心，等候所盼望的義。」每個人都好好的自我要求，學習獨立自主克服困難，問題就解決了，不用理那些影響我們的人，不認真盡本分的人，會自食惡果。保羅說：「一點麵酵能使全團都發起來。我在主裡很信你們必不懷別樣的心；但攪擾你們的，無論是誰，必擔當他的罪名。」

如何擁有高尚的道德呢？保羅認為， 首先要克制慾望 ，「姦淫、污穢、邪蕩、拜偶像、邪術、仇恨、爭競、忌恨、惱怒、結黨、紛爭、異端、嫉妒、醉酒、荒宴等類。……行這樣事的人必不能承受神的國。」(註：爭競：好強。結黨：搞黑社會組織。異端：崇拜肉體享受的教派，雜交或少女獻祭供祭司性交。)

第二步，控制自己的情緒，保持好修養 ，「聖靈所結的果子，就是仁愛、喜樂、和平、忍耐、恩慈、良善、信實、溫柔、節制。」

第三點，我們團體相處要有規範 ，「不要貪圖虛名，彼此惹氣，互相嫉妒。」「不可將你們的自由當作放縱情慾的機會，總要用愛心互相服侍。因為全律法都包在『愛人如己』 這一句話之內了。」

第四點，要用「道理」互相教育 ，「弟兄們，若有人偶然被過犯所勝，你們屬靈的人就當用溫柔的心把他挽回過來；又當自己小心，恐怕也被引誘。」

第五點，反省自己的行為，言行一致，名實相符 ，「人若無有，自己還以為有，就是自欺了。 個人應當察驗自己的行為 ；這樣，他所誇的就專在自己了，不在別人了，因為個人必擔當自己的擔子。」

然後，保羅再交代ㄧ些生活細節，勉勵大家繼續努力。老師負責教育，學生要繳學費「在道理上受教的，當把一切需用的供給施教的人。」 現在努力，將來才會收成 「人種的是什麼，收的也是什麼。」「我們行善不可喪志；若不灰心，到了時候就要收成。」一個國家存在的目的到底是想要實現社會正義？還是只想到物質利益？國家種的是什麼，收的也是什麼。但是台灣行善不可喪志；若不灰心，到了實後就要收成。

第六點，救世主的典範是「犧牲」小我，完成大我。 保羅說，「我斷不以別的誇口，只誇我們主耶穌基督的十字架；因這十字架，就我而論，世界已經釘在十字架上；就世界而論，我已經釘在十字架上。」已經做到的人，他就是新造的人，他就是耶穌的代言人。這樣ㄧ來，教會中 爭權奪利的問題就解決了，因為最佳領導人就是最能犧牲自我、退讓的人。

使徒保羅，是猶太最小支派便雅憫人，出生於羅馬，是羅馬公民，了解羅馬文化。曾受教於耶路撒冷的學者迦瑪列，精通猶太人的律法及傳統，另外，他也擅長希臘哲學與修辭學。當時的社會有階級之分，歧視與衝突不斷，政治權力、經濟權力與種族造成人生而不平等，他對 族群衝突的解決辦法是「發展文化」，透過設立融合猶太教、希臘哲學與各地風土民情的教會， 在組織內打破劃分階級，實行文化交流。

「文化階級」的定義在於：一個人的品德、智慧。每個人都可以自我奮鬥，爭取更高的文化地位，富人與窮人都可以競賽誰才是全力奉獻社會的人，政治權力者與平民競爭道德高尚度， 在文化涵養深厚的社會，地位取決於個人言行的「真實度、合理度、啟發性」 ，保羅相信，在這樣的架構下，地上天國就會達成。

目前台灣的政黨內部沒有「文化交流」，所以政治人物都沒有文化藝術品味，當然國事的推動就看不到文化建設的影子；電視媒體的政論節目，也從來不邀請文化界的人談如何建設國家。保羅的書信，不僅預言了西元一世紀「加拉太教會」該走的路，也預言了整個歐洲社會文明發展，同時也讓台灣看到解決國內族群衝突以及國際衝突的方向。國際強權應該把他們的文化資產分享給弱國，而不是以武力威脅逼迫弱國去買武器。這樣的文化很不道德，背叛耶穌基督。

Saint Paul Sees Through the Future

After Jesus, the greatest religion enterpriser Paul established 10 more churches in Asia Minor. Besidesmaking the circuit of education in person，he writes letters to every church and solve their problems. The traffic then is no like today. It takes three months to report a serious problem in the church to Paul at least, and another three months is required to deliver Paul’s letters. Therefore, Paul’s blessing must consider the problem happened three months ago, predict what’s going on three months later. Upon the reality everyone may face he write the church a letter. The letter would put an end to the disorder in church and give Christian confidence as long as they received it. If they read the letter again and again, all the problems in life will solve step by step.  In addition, the letter should have the perpetual value to help followers to solve faith and life problems forever, because Saint Paul could be assassinated by the Rome or the Jew. He must regard each letter as his last words.

Saint Paul《Galatians》chapter 5, 6 reveals that Galatians church constructed by two ethnic groups：old Christian –the Jew and new Christian – the Middle East residents. They can’t communicate with each other and come to conflict. Saint Paul advises the teachers to be much more modest. They should not pride themselves of circumcision, and prejudice the other because of their well-educated background, high status“ For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision, nor uncircumcision means any thing, but faith working through love.” The value of a human being depends on whether he can put love into practice and stand on his faith. Educators should keep themselves as children, always thinking “What I don’t know？ ”“What I should learn and ask more？” Saint Paul says, “I testify to every man who receives circumcision, that he is under obligation to keep the whole Law.” No matter how much knowledge a man has, he stops progress at the moment being self-satisfied. As a human, I should always remind that there are so many wisdom I haven’t accomplished. Saint Paul says, “You have been served from Christ, you who are seeking to be justified by law; you have fallen from grace.” Obeying the laws, committing no crime does not mean I am the man. As a human, he should have the same morality as Jesus did, sacrificing his benefits for others. If he can’t do it, he is fallen, coward. The leading powers in the United Nations should have the same morality as Jesus did, sacrificing their benefits for other countries. Any nation can’t do it, he is fallen, coward. At least, they must obey the Charter of the United Nations.

Educators must control their temper as Spirit, stand still the faith “You should love your neighbor as yourself”, seeking the holy morality, Saint Paul say, “For we thought the Spirit, by faith, are waiting for the hope of righteousness.”, “For the flesh sets its desire against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; for these are in opposition to one another, so that you may not do the things that you pleased.” As a human, I must train myself strictly. I must learn to be independent while facing problems. If all the people do it, there will be no problem in the world. Though the irresponsible people like to provoke the others, we don’t have to feel frustrated. They will get the deserved fate. Saint Paul says, “A little leaven leavens the whole lump of dough. I have confidence in you in the Lord that you will adopt no other view; but the one who is disturbing you will bear his judgment, whoever he is. ”

How do a human have the highest morality？ Saint Paul suggests to restrict the lusts first, “The deeds of the flesh are evident, which are：immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, disputes, dissensions, factions, envying, drunkenness, carousing, and things like these, ……those who practice such things will not inherit the Kingdom of God.”

Second. Control our temper, self-enforce with the usual possession. “The fruit of Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.”

Third. We get along with each other under law and social norms. “Let us not become boastful, challenging one another, envying one another.”,“ For you were called to freedom, brethren; only do not turn your freedom into an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. For the whole Law is fulfilled in one word, in the statement, 「You Shall Love Your Neighbor As Yourself」.”

Forth. Educate each other with reason. “Brethren, even if anyone is caught in any trespass, you who are spiritual, restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness; each one looking to yourself, so that you too will not be tempted.”

Fifth. To introspect my actions to my words, and to exam my reputation to my work. “For if anyone thinks he is something when he is nothing, he deceives himself. But each one must examine his own work, and then he will have reason for boasting in regard to himself alone, and not in regard to another. For each one will bear his own load.”

Saint Paul tells the rules of life, and encourage Christian to keep going。 Teachers are responsible for education, and students should not forget the tuition. “The one who is taught the word is to share all good things with the one who teaches him” Work hard today, Harvest tomorrow. “Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap.” “Let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary.” What is the destination of a nation？ The benefit favors my country only？The social justice in the world？Whatever a nation sows, this he will also reap. Let Taiwan not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary.

Sixth. The soul of Messiah is to sacrifice myself to fulfill the great One. Saint Paul say,“ But may it never be that I would boast, except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.” The one who had done it is the new one, and he is qualified to be the spokesman of Jesus Christ. Through Paul’s words the war of power and lust ceased. As the greatest leader is the One , steps aside and sacrifices most.

Apostle Paul is from the less family Benjamin. He was born in Rome and therefore he apprehends Rome culture. He was the disciple of Pharisee scholar Gamaliel. So he masters the Jew’s law and tradition. He is good at Greek philosophy and linguistics.

People were classed into ranks in Rome society. The higher class looked down on the lower class. Human is born unequal because of the politic power, economic power and race. As a result the conflictions were endless. Saint Paul’s total solution of the problem is the culture development. His church combines the Jew religion, Greek philosophy and local customs. Through this way he breaks class barrier and sets culture communication free.
