課堂花絮

    記得上個月某天﹙大約十度左右﹚上國文課時﹐意外飛進兩隻避寒的灰鴿。嫻嫻請牠倆吃麵包﹐於是在教室四處留下穢物。後來八個孩子紛紛議論誰該清掃這些便便﹐根本沒人聽我講課!!!更有趣的是兩隻灰鴿突然展翅高飛﹐站在講台上的我差點閃躲不及!其實我最愛這裡的便是:窗外有山﹑講台下有海﹑教室經常鳥鳴﹙我有許多“麻雀同學”﹚。

        

         昨天上七年級的地理課﹐剛好教到第五單元〈聚落〉。我說城鄉差距愈來愈大﹐各位同學應留在此地好好貢獻自己的專長。他們大搖其頭。如果我是在地人﹐我絕對絕對絕對願意為鄉親父老服務﹙很遺憾!!!我不是在地人!凡事莫強求!﹚。其實只要有山有水之處我皆愛﹐但我愛海勝過愛山———然而住在海邊風大濕氣重﹐又似乎住在南投縣的山裡看雲霧四時變幻更佳。

         上帝其實很公平﹐每一個地方的優點可能正是缺點;每一個人身上的優點往往亦同樣是缺點。每個人必須學習如何欣賞別人的優點﹑包容對方的缺點;而非想盡辦法剔除別人的缺點﹙只看到別人眼中的刺﹑卻看不到自己眼中的梁木﹚﹑他人優點則永遠視而不見!

          昨天我正在上〈為學一首示子姪〉的作者彭端淑﹐他是清代人。

                      我非常非常非常珍惜教書這個舞台

良心事業

教書也是良心事業,尤其是中小學老師應該以培養未來品格公民為己任。升學考試的重點應該也不離開這樣的目標,所以沒有教學目標衝突。當全國的師長,家長,政府首長,公司老闆都達到這樣的共識時,教師的教學目標就很清楚了。

這是我個人對教師的期許,不知跟路得老師的觀念有沒有衝突?

我完完全全認同pearlz的觀點

問題是

我們的教育完完全全本末倒置

考試與分數第一重要

品格是同學們或家長們"出事"時拿來登在報紙上的"社會新聞"

我可以大聲而篤定地說

臺灣教育制度中

幾乎根本容不下"人格""品德"

因為大家都被框在同一個模式裡

大家都要依據同一個模式來作反應

像我這種(或曲家瑞那種)不怕別人眼光的人

是非常非常非常非常少的少數民族

所以要等到全國的師長,家長,政府首長,公司老闆都達到這樣的共識時

上帝已經在這世界做王啦﹙免擔心!因為天國已經近啦!﹚

有自己活躍的舞台 等於生命有被肯定的聚光燈

不管人是不是喜歡被當作主角與否

那種可以發光發熱的感覺  比什麼都來得重要!

趙老師有這樣的一個美麗機會  有山看山 有海看海

真的很幸福!

我最近常想:

如果我真的是在地人﹐

就不會

珍惜這樣的一個美麗機會!

我一定會往大都市裡鑽﹐

或許六十歲以後才會返鄉養老﹐

所以這就是人性的矛盾啊!

我的文筆不大好,我只希望能寫出一些超脫作文的文章

Goal for teaching

Goal for teaching can not be reached immediately.  Whether the teachers have done the job well can only be checked later about how they live and survive in the society.

If the students are not doing well in the school, it is the teacher's job to build them up correctly. Therefore 10 years later, all people in our society will be good people.

If we see the criminal around in the society now, it means the school and the society where they grew have not done good job in the past years.

There is no point to blame the police or the officers in the current government.  Remember, when we are talking about the criminals, they are human not the dog. Human's behavious can not be formed instantly.  It takes the years of living to build and the school, the upper generations are responsible.

BUT  這是一個要求速成的社會

絕大部分的人都要求"快速"

因此容易不擇手段

不講究過程

而且家長老師或學生普遍缺乏耐性

又極容易放棄

"Stage" should be a platform where one can stand tall and sit still to share one's talent.

Teachers' stages are everywhere as long as there are students who wish to learn more and deeper.

A great teacher inspires students to THINK and ACT on their own stages in life.

Goal achievers are not teachers; teachers are goal believers who believe in their students' dreams for the future.

Every teacher needs a stage in students' hearts instead of in the classroom.



Here comes a poem written by William Shakespeare.

Every teacher needs a stage in students' hearts instead of in the classroom.

Teachers are goal believers who believe in their students' dreams for the future.

I  AGREE   with  you  very   MUCH.

BUT   Shakespeare's   poem  is   too  difficult,

Could  you  translate   for   me???
