兩個黃鸝鳴翠柳，

A couple of orioles tweet merrily upon emerald willows;

一行白鷺上青天。

while a line of egrets fly neatly upward azure skies.

窗含西嶺千秋雪，

Through the window appears a snow-settled mountain in near west,

門泊東吳萬里船。

and outside the door anchors a long-distance vessel from far east.

PS  At the back corner of Dahu Park in my neighborhood erects Bailusishan(白鷺鷥山) where lots of egrets are living at nights after they having fed themselves during daytime in the lake.  I love the hill and those white birds.
