 "I'll love you forever, I'll like you for always, as long as I'm living my baby you'll be." Robert Munsch, the author who created the song on the background of his two babies born dead. That indeed makes him so upset. It's been a long time that he cannot sing the song again to others because of dead children. Later, since the song is meaningful to him, he try to make a story for it. And become a famous picture book for both children and adults. I cry at the first time to hear the story. I strongly suggest the book to be a good material to have gratitude for parents. What can do in the class or out of the class 1.Story-telling (With changing tones, facial expressions and other story-telling skills) 2.Free talk of the story. (no matter in Chinese or English) 3.Ask the students write a letter to their parents in order to tell them how much they love them. At the same time, we can also request the parents to write a letter to their children to express the process to raise them grow up. 4.Correct all the letters as a "class book". 5.Teach the song. 6.Pick up some words and sentence patterns to learn deeply.
