* 這一週的酷熱，尤其是今日~ 讓我有點中暑的現象，整天頭暈暈的，做起事來也是忘東忘西丟三落四的，被主管下警告令=>你再這麼脫線下去!就準備倒大霉去了，別說我沒事先知會妳。 我也不是故意的。 連帶著胃口也是奇差無比，總是幻想自己是置身溪邊泡水消暑，從身邊經過的妞也讓我有種錯覺，以為他們正穿著比基尼，在我眼前晃!! 別打我!!誰叫他們一個比一個涼快。 反觀長衣長褲在大太陽底下工作的我，就顯得奇怪又笨重。 唉呦 ~ 沒辦法!! 我正在拼經濟，要努力工作才有未來可期。
* 一整天下來，喝了不少水，咕嚕咕嚕的肚子好像沒吃到什麼東西! 一般的街市都是做蔬菜沙拉，沒有我要吃的，放了一堆沙拉醬的蔬菜會讓我倒胃口，過多的沙拉醬更是夏季腸胃的負擔。 被主管警告，心情有些許的悶著打不開 ~ ~ ~ 那就來盤"如意長青"吧! 經過街市邊先買個高麗菜，挑顆青綠又沉沉厚實的高麗菜。 青蔥數根，還有芫荽1~2把。 洗洗，切成長條絲狀，找個大一些的盆將三種菜混合.......... *調味料很簡單 一小撮鹽，少許的胡椒粉，適量的芝麻香油，還有還有幾滴的烏醋。 不用筷子拌，讓菜在鍋裡上下拋翻，避免拌不勻也避免讓菜受傷的感覺。 * *
