方的不滾,圓的不穩

在一次前往陽明山授課的途中,蜿蜒的山路與濃霧令我原本熟悉的道路,變得相當陌生,幾乎迷失在清晨的陽金公路上!

眼看課程時間將至,心中不免產生不安,再加上此番上山的目的是進行一場企業內菁英講師訓練,更令我有些忐忑不安;不安的導因來自於擔心遲到,更擔心當天學員的反應與學習態度!

通常”企業內講師訓練”的成員多為企業內較資深且層次較高專業較強的成員,因此每每在上課的時候都會呈現出桀傲不遜,坐壁上觀的姿態,說得好聽些是來相互觀摩,實則抱著”觀察員”的身段”檢視”講師的功力!

雖然手握方向盤左轉右拐,心中卻早已開始思考如何用一種較低調卻又不致於影響自己專業的開場白,目的是希望跟學員能在一開始達到一個相互尊重的初始點!

準時到達教室,開場白用了一段路上所想出來的打油詩~”春寒料峭,高手過招,步步為營,但求自保”,當此話一出,全場學員會心的一笑,我明確的感受今天的課程效果會很好!

之所以取“講師訓練”中的學員作為比喻是因為這一個族群具有較明顯的學習特質,事實上在學習的場合我們也經常見到許多抱持觀望態度的學員,以一種不配合的心態面對學習或是採抗拒心理,對講師的一言一行不予認同,更甚者現場將矛頭對準講師,當場演出”辯論賽”!

成人的學習往往有較多的內心障礙,這些障礙經常表現在學習過程中,輕則本身無法學習吸收,重則傳染其他成員,攪的學習環境氣氛低靡!

有三種學習的角色讓我們稍作檢視,或許可以在日後自我警惕,更能藉此提醒身邊同修,既便無法同流去污,至少也不致掉進同流合污的境地!

第一種學習角色:評論家

這種人通常就是先前所說的個性,擺明到現場來踢館,好一點的只是繃著張臉,雙手交叉在胸前,任你如何用心解說,他老兄就是一副老僧入定狀,堅持不做任何友善互動,像極了一首歌的歌詞”不哭,不笑,不點頭也不搖頭…”!

那麼惡劣一點的又如何呢?他會經常在講師授課時也在台下”同步口譯”,跟前後左右的學員說:”這些都聽過了,這也在講,!這個書裡面就有了,這個講師沒有另一個講師講的好,拜託喔!這我都會說…”!

您想想看,這樣的學習心態像學習嗎?與其說是來學習,不如說是來擔任講師評審團,別說自己能學到多少,就連在一旁的學員恐怕都要遭池魚之殃!

第二種學習角色:收藏家

只管”記錄”學習現場的一切,卻忽略本身應該有的學習心態是這種人經常表現的態度,此類個中高手往往是按下了錄音鍵,就開始做起白日夢,外界的一切與他完全無關,等到下課休息時,才又暫時清醒,檢視自己的錄音成果!

這種”錄到”就表示”學到”的心態,經常是糊里糊塗的懵懂度日!

第三種學習角色:雕刻家

師父怎麼說,徒兒怎麼做,估且不論做出來的成果如何,總得聽從師父教誨與指導,親自用心實際操練一番,既便作品不成熟,至少讓師父能有修正的方向,而自己更能經由師父的修正獲得最直接且明確的指導!

新世代的新鮮人進入職場該如何為自己的學習表現出強烈意願?老鳥又該如何為自己再充電,或放下身段虛心學習?很重要的是要將學習的心態調整與規劃,隨時給自己一個夠柔軟的空間!

我常在演講中與學員分享,再爛的演講或課程都能帶給我們一個啟發與學習,那就是如果有一天自己上台,不要像這位講師一樣爛!

流氓教授林建隆博士在書中說到”天下沒有一條路是白走的”;尤其是在學習的過程中,總會有一個觀念,一句話,一個活動觸動內心思維,這樣就夠了,記住它並擴大延續它,學習就有效果!
