【大陸中心╱綜合報導】中國命理師李建軍日前在微博發文指「喝普洱茶最快致癌」,指因普洱茶發酵的微生物中含黃麴毒素,有致癌之虞,引發很多人恐慌,有中國網友斥其「危言聳聽」。國內毒物科專家認為,普洱茶一旦未妥善保存發黴,的確可能增加罹癌風險,若普洱茶沒茶香只有黴味就不要買。

自稱人體工程學專家的李建軍,在微博稱「喝普洱茶最快致癌」,因使普洱茶發酵的多種微生物中含黃麴毒素,激發人身體癌細胞分裂,消息一出,引發瘋狂轉發。央視還為此專訪這位在兩岸三地頗具知名度的命理師。李在專訪中重申普洱茶發酵過程多了黴菌,對人體多一種威脅。他坦承不是醫療或食品安全專家,沒進行過臨床研究。中國工程院院士、中國農業科學院茶葉研究所研究員陳宗懋卻認為,普洱茶不僅不會致癌,還可以防癌。有網友不信致癌說,嘲諷李「不當神棍,改玩現代科學啦?」 
長庚醫院毒物科主任林杰樑昨指,發黴的普洱茶致癌是有可能。一般而言濕度超過80%,食物就會孳生黴菌,一般認普洱茶放愈久愈值錢,但若沒妥善保存,一旦長黴菌,恐增加罹癌風險。他建議購買前聞看看,若只有黴味,沒有茶香,不要買。 

熱水沖泡殺毒素

台大醫院家醫部主治醫師姚建安表示,通常只有高量碳水化合物的穀類如花生、玉米發黴後會產生黃麴毒素,茶葉並沒熱量,即使發黴不一定會產生黃麴毒素,且黃麴毒素不耐高溫,國人泡茶常用100℃熱水,可輕易殺死黃麴毒素,他強調普洱茶致癌可能性不大。

台大醫院家醫部主治醫師姚建安指出,黃麴毒素被世界衛生組織(WHO)認定為致癌物,如玉米、花生、豆類、大麥、小麥等穀類可能因運送過程過於悶熱、潮濕,或因保存不佳,導致發黴,黃麴毒素即是黴菌生長時所釋放的有害物質,若人類食用含黃麴毒素食品,可能引起細胞異常分裂,增加罹患肝硬化、肝癌機會。
若是急性黃麴毒素中毒,則會引發動物產生肝炎、肝細胞壞死。
