Chapter 4:Tactical Dispositions
=========================
Sun Tzu said: The superior fighters of old time first keep themselves undefeatable and then awaited an opportunity to win over the enemy.
To keep ourselves undefeatable lies on our own hands, whether or not we can defeat the enemy is determined by the enemy himself.
Hence a superior fighter can only ensure himself undefeatable, but is uncertain he can win over the enemy.
Thus it was said, one may have the knowledge of how to win but is uncertain he can make it.
If you cannot win over your enemy, implement defensive tactics; if you are able to defeat them, attack.
