Chapter 4:Tactical Dispositions
=========================
The so called skillful fighter in ancient times is the one who always wins, and is superior to those who win with ease.
Thus the victories of a clever fighter depend on neither the reputation of his wisdom nor his past courageous achievements.
Hence he can win battles with no mistakes. Having developed perfect tactics for victory so he makes no mistakes, being able to win because the enemy has lost before the war.
Thus skillful fighters secure themselves undefeatable, and will not miss any opportunity to defeat their opponents.
Therefore a winning troop first plans for victorious tactics then fights the war, whereas a losing troop first fights then finds the way to victory。
