耕犁千畝實千箱

Ive plowed the field of thousands of acres as to fill up thousands of baskets with grains.

力盡筋疲誰復傷

But is there anyone who would pity me when I had been totally spent?

  
但得眾生皆得飽

Only if I could make all of you free from hunger,

不辭羸病臥殘陽

then I would not be regretted even I had to lie my feeble and ailing body prone beneath the last sunset.

P.S.  Today is Chinese Fathers Day; may all fathers, whove worked hard like cattle, a wonderful day of theirs.
