My baby granddaughter is one month old today. We are going to have a small party to celebrate this memorable day with a cake, and taking pictures which will be kept and cherished in her album of growth. 

My wife and I will return to the Bay Area tomorrow, and we will come to see the baby here in the Labor Day weekend, together with her aunt, uncle, and two cousins. By the time, she will be four months old, the very time a baby starts to recognize people, and we are all strangers to to her then. I wonder whether she will cry upon seeing us? No matter what, it will be part of her journey in this world.
