二八佳人體似酥 The body of a teenage girl is as soft as pastries,

腰間仗劍斬凡夫 and there is a sharp knife hiding between her thighs.

雖然不見人頭落  The knife would not behead a man,

暗裡教君骨髓枯   but it will drain his marrow until he dies.
