This morning a power outage in my neighborhood took place again, and it was the third time in less than eight months.  I dont know how large the sphere it affected this time, but it shouldnt happen so frequently because the area I am living at is South Bay, or Silicon Valley.

My daughter told me over the phone that the news said the power outage in my neighborhood was due to some fallen branches crushing some part of grid.  Well, it is the same explanation as that of last time.  It seemed a lame excuse to me.
