律回歲晚冰霜少，

Snow thaws in the turning point of the year, 

春到人間草木知。

as spring comes the green leaves are aware.

便覺眼前生意滿，

Everything becomes vibrant in front of my eyes,

東風吹水綠參差。

while east wind gently brings the water ripples.

PS Today is "Begining of Spring", and it falls before the lunar new year.  Wishing we all have a good year to come.
