官行私曲，失時悔。

Practice favoritism and engage in fradulence while you are in office, but regret it when you lose your footing.

富不儉用，貧時悔。

Live without frugality while you are rich, then regret it when you are in reduced circumstances. 

藝不少學，過時悔。

Fail to learn expertises while you are still young, then regret it when you are over the hill.

見事不學，用時悔。

Let go chances of obtaining useful knowledge while you can, then regret it when you cannot do without it.

醉發狂言，醒時悔。

Rave at others while you are drunk, then regret it when you are sober again.

安不將息，病時悔。

Neglect daily regimen while you are healthy, then regret it when you are ill.
