| 大致上可以有6個以"re-"開頭的單字 – reappraise, reassess, reprice, rerate, reset 和revalue.
用法上要特別注意: 1). 最好是連著 downward/lower往下的, 或者upward/higher往上的方向型單字, 表達上會比較直接. 2). 如果沒有方向型單字連結著, 就要看文章裡面其它句子所陪襯出來的意思, 來判斷或表達"重新評估評價"以後的走勢方向. 3.) 單獨的使用"重新評估評價"單字, 反映在市場上的走勢, 可以視為市場是在調整整理中. 基本上, 這些單字是可以互換. 4.) 最後一個的de-rate (減評, 降級..), 則是我刻意放在這裡來做比較. 5.) 以下的例句是我以前的資料, 和現在時事無關. A. Reappraise - 動詞 A-1. The lender reserves the right to reappraise the collateral, and if there is a drop in value, to ask for more collateral or partial payback of the loan. 借款者保留權利來重新評價抵押品, 如果價格跌落, 則會要求放更多的抵押品或者償還一些借款. Reappraisal - 名詞 A-2. The company has raised its book value to NT$65 per share, after carrying out the reappraisal of realty assets. 公司已經提高淨值至每股65元, 在經過實施房地產資產的重新評價之後. B. Reassess - 動詞 B-1. The company intends to reassess the value of assets. 公司打算重估資產價值. Reassessment - 名詞 B-2. Stock swoon this summer was due to investors’ repricing equities to better reflect corporate earnings growth expectations. That reassessment may not be finished at present. 這個夏天股票的急跌, 主要是因為投資人重新評價股票, 以反映公司的獲利預期. 這個重新鑑價的過程看起來目前還沒有結束. C. Reprice - 動詞 C-1. JPY depreciation is likely to be very short-lived as the change by the Japans central banks QE program is not sufficient to warrant a persistent re-pricing of JPY. 日幣的貶值應該是短期的, 因為日本央行寬鬆QE政策的改變並不足夠到可以允許日幣的持續的(向下)價位調整(貶值). C-2. (香港)股票被重估走高, 因為大量的中國資金現在被預期會降臨香港. Re-rating - 名詞 D-2. We believe there are further catalysts that are likely to improve sentiment towards the stock and drive a re-rating. 我們認為還有更多的觸媒會改善對這檔股票的氛圍, 產生一個(向上)重新評價. D-3. The downward re-rating of some big-caps took the heat out of the market. 一些對大型股的往下重新評價造成市場失去動力. D-4. The catalyst for an upward re-rating will be its earning reports. 向上的重新評價的觸媒會是它的獲利報告. E.
