大同這一檔笨拙的牛皮股 (lumbering stock) 不算是一個沉睡中的巨人 (slumbering giant) 也不是吸引一大堆投資人的本夢股 (cult stock) 最近又跳到版面 (back to frontpage) 雖然是董監改選有委託書之戰 (proxy fight) 不過話題(theme) 也都是一直在它的土地資產上面打轉 (revolve, surround..) 也因董監持股不足 (insufficient directors shareholding/stake) 造成最近的一段投機行情 (speculative rally) 先不提它的基本面 就勢論勢(technically speaking) 這禮拜五的收盤價還收在每股淨值下 感覺是大股東自己都不愛他的股票了 也怨不得市場派 另外 這禮拜五的工商時報股票版裡面有說大同的經營權之戰持續著 因為市場派的董監提名被否決了以後 也加入收集委託書 下面是重點式的翻譯

Solicit: 一般我們在說尋求懇求請求別人有具體行動 或某事的時候 我是強烈建議用這個動詞 除了定義更明確以外 它的發音有兩節以上 跟它相類似的發音的單字比較少 在溝通的時候比較不會讓對方聽錯 solicit可以用在招商 吸引投資 (investment), 訂單 (buyer orders) 或者競標的興趣 (bidding interest in auction) 等等 它和其它具有吸引 請求 的單字比較的話也有如下 (太花俏的字我先不做比較)

Woo 誘騙 哄誘” 在發音時 會讓別人誤以為是 woe 畢竟我們的發音有時候會跑错  woo這個字用在書寫時是沒問題 也是很漂亮

Attract: 是有點本身打扮的很漂亮 有吸引力來等對方自動上鉤 跟solicit來比的話 是缺少一些強度
