一直都很喜歡這酸酸甜甜的醬料, 但到昨天才發現原來它的作法並不難.
材料 ( 6人份) :
- 2 杯糖
- 2 杯米酒醋
- 1/4 杯醬油
- 1/2 茶匙塩
- 3 湯匙辣椒醬
- 2 湯匙蒜末
- 1 湯匙薑末
作法: - 將醋和糖加熱直到糖完全溶解. 加入塩和醬油. 加熱攪拌而到有點濃稠感. 熄火, 再加入蒜末, 薑末和辣椒醬.
- 2 cups rice wine vinegar
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons chili garlic sauce, or more to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped
Directions- Heat vinegar and sugar in a sauce pan over high heat until sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes. Add soy sauce and salt. Stir. Continue to cook until sauce slightly thickens. Remove from heat and stir in garlic and chili sauce.
