St. Mark's Lutheran School is a school located in Hacienda Heights, Los Angeles.It is a very small school, unlike my school in Taiwan.

The American school has a less strict syllabus, while Taiwanese students seem like "geniuses" over there. When we had a quiz, I finished the paper in a couple minutes, but they had just started with the first question. 

They usually have math based on a 4th grade curriculum in Taiwan.[I am going to be in 6th grade] and only have school until 12:00[am] and they have an hour of recess, with 40 minutes of class. They play sports , or just hang out under the shade with friends. 

We had English lessons in a seperate class, with only the students from Taiwan, with an Chinese speaking Asian teacher. We were all pretty astonished to know the fact that she actually spoke Chinese.  

I "absofreakinlutely" love the style of life American students now have, compared to our strict strict strict teachers, parents, and environment.
