喝咖啡不傷身 名醫分享獨門3杯喝法    (中央社記者張茗喧台北5日電)喝咖啡對身體健康的利弊眾說紛紜。醫師張金堅今天分享獨門「3杯」喝法,喝1杯咖啡就應配1杯水和1杯牛奶,避免咖啡帶來利尿或骨質疏鬆等問題,每日最多喝3杯咖啡就好。

乳癌防治基金會董事長張金堅、澄清醫院家醫科主任蔡崇煌合著的「癮咖啡研究室」,是國內第一本由醫師彙整的相關著作,日前舉辦新書記者會。

張金堅說,過去就讀博士班時,朋友間開始流行喝即溶咖啡,但他喝了常嗝酸水感到不適,也就少喝了。直到近10年咖啡廳一間間冒出,他再次被濃濃咖啡香吸引,也就越喝越有心得。

張金堅指出,咖啡具有抗氧化作用,對腦心血管疾病、代謝症候群、第2型糖尿病及部分癌症有益,但也可能導致失眠、消化性潰瘍、骨質疏鬆症等問題。

如何喝得健康?張金堅分享他的咖啡「3杯法」,就是1杯咖啡搭配1杯水、1杯牛奶。

張金堅解釋,咖啡容易利尿,因此喝咖啡時一定要注意水分補充,份量和咖啡相近即可;另因喝咖啡可能導致骨質疏鬆,因此建議喝完後1小時喝杯鮮奶、補充鈣質,鮮奶建議是咖啡的1.5倍份量為佳。

為何咖啡、鮮奶要分開喝?張金堅說,咖啡容易阻礙鈣質吸收,因此建議喝完1小時後再喝鮮奶,如不喝鮮奶,吃小魚乾也可補充鈣質。

此外,張金堅也提醒,每天咖啡因攝取量應少於300mg,一天最多喝3杯就好,有失眠問題者應避免中午以後飲用,胃潰瘍患者、孕婦與小孩則不適合飲用。
