古早以前的美國以自由開放聞名 , 現在的美國正在抄襲老共那套 [政府高於一切] 的論調 . 我寄居的小城 (沙漠中的人造綠洲) 市政府日前在我家門上貼了告示意思是我家草太長 , 會有 fire hazard ..... 鄰居也都收到類似的罰款警告 .
隔壁的老美 (一白 , 另一為墨裔) 就明白的指出 : 美國城管第一要務其實是幫市長賺 beer nuts money (The first priority of Code Enforcement Department is to make the beer nuts money for the mayor !) .
簡單的說: 就是找個藉口 , 要我們這些僱不起園丁律師的窮人拿錢孝敬市長而已 . 至於上繳的罰款究竟跑到哪裡去 ? 看看市政府裡那些油光滿面 , 腦滿腸肥的官員也就心裡有數 . 至於繳了罰款之後市政府如何改善環境 ? 天啊 , 這可是最高機密 ..... 大概就和阿扁喊了八年的拼經濟一樣 , 誰知道是不是被市長高官拿去改善他們自家的環境 !?
不過當老美鄰居們都摸著鼻子準備孝敬銀子給 [美國市委書記] 的時候 , 只有我出來正面對抗 . 為了徹底剷除 [美國城管] 這幫雜碎年年上門的麻煩 , 乾脆拿出當年在陸總部當兵 , 天天去掃那永遠掃不完的落葉的時候所擬定的作戰計劃 ...... No grass no trouble; no tree no trouble. 花了兩三千大洋購置鏈鋸 , 壓土機 , 紅地磚 ..... 樹先砍 , 草除根 , 砂土灑上混了肥皂水的除草劑 (讓除草劑容易濕潤浸透砂土) 再鋪上紅地磚 .
歐巴馬拍共產主義的馬屁把車廠國營化 , 禁止 人民擁槍自衛 (United State of California) 各城市紛紛模仿老共設立城管 (Code Enforcement) . .......真是二十年風水輪流轉 , 十年河東十年河西 , 美國都快變成山寨版的中國了 .
