"What's that?"

Today is my granddaughter's birth day.  You know, she is two years old right now, changing from a toddler to a little girl. The most frequently words she's now saying to us is “What's that?", on anything newly appeared in her eyes. She seems aware of whatever we respond to her questions, even with Mandarin. How do I wish I could live long enough to answer all of what she'd ask, and to hear her sweetly calling me "公公".

Happy birthday, my little darling!

兩歲了,育兒育孫才看得到日子飛逝。

Yes, it is. However, if anything goes smoothly, I'll have been 90 when she graduates from college. Can I live that long?
