These days, the US postponed three times in a row the attempt of launching a space probe, which had been part of its project of returning to the Moon.  But the whole world knows that three astronauts "did" land on the planet in 1969, then people may wonder how come after 53 years it could not launch a non-manned space aircraft again without much ado?  Please see the following report at:

I know little about science and engineering, so I dare not question the veracity of the landing in 1969.  But logically speaking, it is questionable.
