体验中国近代民风，来南京肯定是没错的。来南京，就一定要到浦口火车站看一看。

浦口火车站，是南京文艺小青年常来的地方。这边地处江北，跟江南却是两个天地模样。这里破败，到处都是斑驳的墙体，还有以前留下的文字等物件。可能在别人眼里，这里就是一个荒废的地方，但却是很多年轻人向往的地方哦。朱自清背影的那个地方被铁门紧锁，只能隔着栅栏看到了，有点可惜。火车轨道有铁路警察看守，不能随意进入的，所以去看的话只能在路头拍拍照，不能进去哦！ (Retiredbum notes:  Yeah, what a shame it was.  The place gave me an impression of somewhat a bleak and desolate landscape.  It should be refurbished but reserve the original scene.)

如今可能是出于安全因素，车站轨道与站台已不再允许游客进入了，只能在外面隔着栏杆看一看，不过站前的通道和广场还是保留着当时的样子。最方便的到达方式还是坐船吧，目前公交实在太不方便。  (Retiredbum notes:  That is right.  A steamboat ferried us from Xiaguan of Nanjing City to Pukou across Yangzi River.  FYI, Xiaguan was a heartbreaking place during Battle of Nanjing, December 1937 when thousands of Chinese retreating soldiers and civilians were killed there.)

老式的站前广场，边上就是浦口码头，可以通过轮渡横渡长江，也可以坐公交从长江大桥上一览江面。火车站前辈更是民国风十分浓厚，周边的老建筑和梧桐树不用装饰，，再配上朱自清的《背影》，就是对那个年代很好的展现。

去浦口不仅仅可以看火车站，品味民国风情，还有就是可以在最佳位置看长江大桥。因为坐船过江，到达江心位置就是观看长江大桥的好位置，不远不近正好。一下船就是浦口码头，出了码头就是火车站，压根不用看攻略，距离特近。
