Further to my yesterday's writing "Internet Censorship?", here I must point out it's unwise for CCP to thwart public opinion as long as the remarks do not have adverse effect on national interests. So adequate supervision from public is essential, then open up the channels through which people's criticisms and voices can be heard in the days of internet era, especially as China's Mainland is still ruled by one party only.
Compared to a large population of 1.3 billion, the number of 80 million party members is a minority. People have confidence in CCP because they think the party is relatively sagacious and benevolent, and is capable of bringing them to realize their China's dream. I believe maintaining the predominance of ping-pong ball in the world is one of their common dreams, so don't let them down.
