B: Well, I’ve been working on…(Bell rings) A: Saved by the bell. 注：off the hook 本意是魚脫鉤，引申為逃過一劫。Saved by the bell常見于學生因下課鈴聲及時響起，而逃過答不出問題的窘境，或在拳擊比賽中，被打得快輸了，但因中場鈴聲及時響起而得以撐到下一場。 214. 歪打正著。 Hit the jackpot. (俚語，表示非常幸運或成功) 215. 別搞錯了.
