100 Potential Interview Questions 「求職」是每個人的夢魘！「求職」苦還是「唸書」苦，我到今天還在苦苦思索這個沒有答案的問題！因為在世界各地搬來搬去，到目前為止，我待最久的一份工作沒超過三年！除了中間考過外交特考後，進外交部的那份工作是等著被「分派」之外，其他的都要一一的歷經各種陣仗，回答各式各樣窮極無聊的「面試」問題！包括連去學校教書，也要看著那些聰明的「學者」口吐「笨問題」，被面試者「我」還得裝著呆呆的樣子，用更蠢的制式答案來回答這些笨問題！！也許面試的設計，就是要看看你面對「笨問題」的臨場反應！能應付笨問題的人，想必見多識廣，大風大浪來了，也能應付自如！
看到這份一百題的面試題庫，我新仇加舊恨一併湧上，決定一一破解，讓來這裡瞎逛的朋友們，可以「知己知彼、百戰不殆」。以後面對再刁鑽的面試官們，都可以應答如留！再kuso的題目，你也有把握「冰來降檔、水來吐煙」！不過這些題目是真的有雇主會問，但是你敢不敢像我這樣子回答，那就全憑你個人的「膽識」囉！

- Who was your favorite manager and why?你最欣賞的「經理人」是誰？為什麼？就是你啊！如果你「錄取」我的話……
- What kind of personality do you work best with and why? 什麼樣的「個性」跟你最「麻吉」？為什麼？像孫道存那樣最讓人合作愉快，因為什麼都是他「負責」買單
- Why do you want this job? 你為什麼要應徵這份工作？ 因為缺錢嘛！
- Where would you like to be in your career five years from now?在你的職場規劃上，五年後你希望做到什麼？， 希望能存像阿扁一家一樣多的錢，從此不必再工作，還能買台藍寶堅尼！
- Tell me about your proudest achievement.請告訴我你目前的成就是什麼？ 把拳頭塞進我的嘴巴…
- If you were at a business lunch and you ordered a rare steak and they brought it to you well done, what would you do?你吃午餐時如果點的是「半生」的牛排，餐廳卻給了一份全熟的牛排。你會怎麼做？ 趕快吃，剩下最後一口時，叫餐廳經理來痛罵一頓，再要他們補送一塊！
- If I were to give you this salary you requested but let you write your job description for the next year, what would it say?如果我給了你所要求的「薪水」，你自己會怎麼描寫你的「工作職掌」？ 我的職掌就是「蹺腳捻吹鬚」！

- How would you go about establishing your credibility quickly with the team?你要如何在工作團隊中，建立你自己的「可信度」？送每個人一張credit card!
- There's no right or wrong answer, but if you could be anywhere in the world right now, where would you be?如果讓你可以自由選擇，全世界目前你最想待的「地方」是哪裡？林志玲臥室！
- How would you feel about working for someone who knows less than you?替一個比你懂得少的人工作，你會怎麼想？ as long as I get paid more he does.... I am ok with that!
- Was there a person in your career who really made a difference?你的職場生涯中，有哪一個人是影響你最大的嗎？ me..... I am a person!我是人！right?
- What's your ideal company? 什麼樣的公司是你的「理想公司」？付我總裁薪水，只要我端茶送水的公司
- What attracted you to this company? 是什麼吸引你到這間公司來的？錢多、事少、離家近；睡覺睡到自然醒；位高權重責任輕；領錢領到手抽筋（就先這樣吧！）
- What are you most proud of?你最感到自豪的是什麼？ 厚顏無恥，道德感極端低落！
- What are you looking for in terms of career development?你如何規劃你的職場發展？ 把你幹掉！
- What do you look for in terms of culture -- structured or entrepreneurial? 你怎麼看「文化」的--「結構」的？或是「企業」的？這是什麼蠢問題？
- What do you like to do? 你喜歡做什麼？孔子說：食色性也！我兩樣都愛！
- Give examples of ideas you've had or implemented.舉幾個你曾有個或執行過的「點子」？釋放木柵動物園所有被囚禁的動物？？這算不算？
- What are your lifelong dreams? 你一輩子的夢想？跟名模做愛！！喔！耶！
- What do you ultimately want to become? 你最終希望變成什麼？無敵鐵金剛！
- How would you describe your work style? 你怎麼描述你的工作style? 像藍波囉！
- What kind of car do you drive? 你開什麼車？三輪車！
- Tell me about a time where you had to deal with conflict on the job. 舉例說明你如何處理工作上的衝突？記不記得Die Hard第一集最後的鏡頭，嗨嗨！我把辦公室給炸了！
