摘要
Abstract
國內失業率其中以教育程度別區分,大學學歷者失業率為最嚴重的一群,當今政府致力推動各項方案來搶救大學畢業生的失業率;技專校院改制的結果,造成學生心態認知跟著膨脹的現象,科技大學學生尚未正式步入職場,正處於工作價值觀形成時期,在此時期需要建立正確的工作價值觀,亦是技職校院教育重要的課題。
If
we apply educational background to the analysis of domestic
unemployment demography, we can find that college graduates are the
most unemployed. Two factor, however, have contributed to the
overconfidence of college graduates in recent years. The first factor
is that the government nowadays has been taking various measures to
tackle the problem. The second one results from the promotion of
universities of Science and Technology (hence UST) from vocational
junior colleges to comprehensive universities. In this regard, before
those students in UST enter workforce, they need to cultivate their
work ethics, which has become the pivotal concern for authorities in
UST.
本研究從科技大學學生對工作價值觀之影響層面進行研究,藉此了解科技大學學生在工作價值觀的情形,根據研究結果提出建議,以協助科技大學學生建立正確的工作價值觀,順利與職場接軌。本研究係以就讀南部某科技大學日間部四技及二技應屆畢業學生為研究對象,以98年3月份資料為基準,採用量化研究之便利抽樣方法,共發放767份問卷,回收704份有效問卷,有效回收率為91.8%。透過因素分析、敍述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Scheffe事後多重比較等統計分析與討論。
This
study aims to analyze the work value of UST graduates. Subsequently,
we may bring forth suggestions to possible betterment of their work
value. UST graduate may thus succeed in their future workplace. A
quantitative research is conducted in March 2009, whose subjects are
chosen from graduates in a UST in southern Taiwan. 767 questionnaires
are given out, 704 of which are considered effective. 91.8% rate of
successful questionnaires is calculated. Through
factor analysis, narrative statistic analysis, independent T sample
test, and single variable analysis, Scheffe compares and discusses
the obtains data from the analysis above.
研究結果顯示,受測者的個人特性、家庭影響、就業意向變項中在工作價值觀的認知上部份造成差異。女生的工作價值觀普遍高於男生,而在學院別、父母教育程度及教育態度、學用配合度、工作優先選擇、主管苛求,皆對受測者在工作價值觀的認知上部份造成差異。整體而言,大部分的科技大學應屆畢業生具有正面的工作價值觀,其中最受重視的為「組織安全與經濟取向」,其次依序為「社會互動取向」、「安定與健康取向」、「自我實現與尊嚴取向」、「自我成長取向」。在工作的選擇上仍以薪資福利為優先考量,至於是否有升遷發展的機會並不太在乎,超過九成的學生遇到苛求的主管亦願意持續待在原工作上,已有意識到工作得來不易的重要性,顯示現在的科技大學學生工作的觀念與態度已隨時代在改變中。
This
research has shown that subjects studied demonstrate differences in
work value, resulting from variables such as: personal traits, family
background, career orientation. Female graduates show better work
value than male ones. Furthermore, the difference in work value among
UST graduates can be contributed to variables like different academic
disciplines, parents' educational backgrounds, attitudes on
education, different levels of academic utilization, and the
over-demanding of supervisors. Overall, most of the UST graduates
possess positive work value. The important factors in the work value
range, in accordance with their importance, from the orientation of
organization security and economy, the social interaction
orientation, the stability and health orientation, the orientation of
self-fulfillment and dignity,to the self-growth orientation. For
UST graduates, salaries and bonus are the two essential concerns in
choosing a career. Chances of getting promotion are the least
concerns for those graduates. Over 90 percent of those graduates
remain at their post despite their over-demanding supervisors, which
means that they are very aware of the fact that jobs are not easy to
find these days, and that their work attitude is changing with times
as well.
