動亂不安的年代            
In these confused,unsettled times



人們像陰天的蘆葦 
People is like a reed on a darkly day.
在風中哆嗦著
Trembling in the wind,
發出聽不見的哀嘆....
Sighing imperceptible sighs....



我好像看見一株蔥翠的小松樹
I thought I saw a small pine sapling, green
突然被狂風連根拔走了
Uprooted violently by the wind;
我好像看見一座正在延伸的橋樑
I thought I saw a bridge, reaching for the other bank
突然被山洪沖斷了
Suddenly overwhelmed by a mountain torrent
那些與洪水博鬥的受傷者
Those who are wounded, who fought for the flood
那些因家鄉淪亡而流離的難民
Those wandering refugees those homes were destroyed
為了我的祈願
This is my plea
諸神請救拔與洪水奮戰的受傷者
Ah, God, please rise those who are wounded,
fought for the flood
請給予不幸者溫暖
Please warm up all the unfortunate ones
遠方沉浸在苦難裡的城市和村莊
And the distance town and villages filled 
with despair
