受到電腦用語 e-mail 的影響，一直以為 mail  是可數名詞，也是 e-mail的簡略寫法或者等於 letter，因為很多時候看到好像都是這麼用的啊~~

你曾經寄了封 e-mail 給別人卻一直沒收到回覆嗎？

可是，今天看到一句平常自己說不出口的日常口語句子，我查了英漢字典和英英字典，才發現我錯了!!!  Mail 「郵件；郵寄」，是指 postal mail 或 electronic mail 收到的全部郵件！

What comes in the mail?  (= What’s in the mail?)
(x) 信上寫什麼？
(o) 有什麼郵件？
