又到了我們家最愛的肋排時間~
今次以濃濃的蒜香來烹調。。。
食材:
豬肋排3.3磅(約1.5kg) babyback ribs 3.3lb
蒜頭六大顆 garlic 6 cloves
青蔥五根 5 green onions
辣椒少許(喜吃辣之家必備)green chile few
醬油膏三大匙 soy sauce paste 3 tablespoons
二砂一大匙 brown sugar 1 tablespoon
做法:
1) 將肋排切成小塊。
Slice the ribs into individual pieces.

2) 將青蔥切成小段,將蒜頭切成蒜丁。
Cut the green onions into 1 inch sections.
Mince the garlic.

3) 把蒜丁、蔥白、辣椒、醬油膏跟二砂仔細抹在肋排上。
Coat ribs with minced garlic, green onions (white parts),
chile, soy sauce paste and brown sugar.

4)放進冰箱,醃一個小時。
Marinade in refrigerator for 1 hour.
5)預熱烤箱350℉,將肋排擺進燉鍋中,蓋上蓋子。
Preheat oven to 350℉, place ribs in a casserole dish and cover.

6)烤兩小時,出爐前十分鐘,加入青蔥段。
Bake 2 hours.
Add green onions (green sections) and bake another 10 minutes.

白飯淋上醬汁,配上烤花椰菜,
肋排煮得剛剛好,一咬就骨肉分離,
且蒜香十足~
