     Woke up to a rainy day in Berlin.
It was a bit chilly as we walked out of the hotel to our usual breakfast
destination “Eistein” Café located a few blocks away. Since it’s day two in the
city and the girls were still exhausted from the jetleg and walking yesterday, we thought we
take it easy on our sight-seeing today. 

We paid 5 euros for taking photos with the guards.

Two more families joined us on this journey this afternoon.
The girls had been waiting expectantly since yesterday for more travel
companions. Really, what are the chances of 5 families consisting of 19 people
going on the same trip to three different countries for two weeks?

The rain never stopped. But it did not matter. Traveling is fun. Traveling with good friends on a rainy day in Berlin
makes it more memorable.
