Boy:I just graduated from college, I have a 4.0 GPA, and I have taken all the computer related classes you required.

Mgr:That is not enough! we are looking for someone who can contribute right away, we can not afford to develop someone and end up hired by our competitors.

Boy:Well, you need experienced people, but I need experience. In that case, how can I ever get my first job?

Mgr:Actually I dont know and I dont care. Please remember this is a real world company, not a charity organization run by your grandma.
