如何做一個打動人心的簡報？

一、Storytelling That Moves People (article summary)

1.不但要有intellectual exercise，也要有emotional appeal、personal touch
2.intellectual包括層層的理性分析，包括數據和圖表。缺點是，聽眾可能都是專家，內心已經有自己的一套邏輯，恐怕內心會跟你的分析打架。即使成功，單純的理性也很難驅動聽眾去達成目標
3.我們應該把資訊融入在一個故事裡，藉以引起聽眾的情緒和能量
4.A story tells how and why life changes: 編劇理論，一定有incident event推你出軌
5.主角的目標被擾亂，他盡力想在變化下取得平衡。好的故事會敘述主角深入探討問題、抓住既有資源、承受風險、並做出困難的決策，最後成功
6.最初，我們應該呈現主角的目標、慾望，再敘述這些困難如何擋在路中央。提出解決方案後，我們為他們投射出一個未來
7.Imaging vividly how you'll solve the problem for the auidience, and they will see you as an exciting, dynamic person
8.丟潛在問題：當下的情境不可能一片rosy，不要過度樂觀，一片positive不會引起任何注意與能量。沒有人會相信你現在是一帆風順，一定有問題
9.A story that embraces darkeness produces positive energy in audience
10.把衝突細緻化，到底是什麼樣子的情境下的問題？
11.掌握人性，compassionately and realistically address it

1.把數字轉換成有意義的東西

3.Start with needs，但確定那些needs是apparent和convincing要處理的
4.need一旦符合上述標準，才能獲得support，最好確定need符合企業戰略規劃
