平安、健康

近一週或因天氣變化喉嚨感覺疼痛，自然影響飲食習慣，嚴格而言，我不是一位注重養生之人，喜歡美食、喜歡冰飲、喜歡品酒，但我會用運動去化所有的體內負擔，所以近二年的四次體檢所有數據沒有紅字，經常看了一些養生書籍但無法在飲食上落實，畢竟我寧可食無悔，也不願悔無食。

但這週喉嚨痛卻體會到自己已漸漸接受老的事實，一週來早餐每天從喝台南波哥純奶茶(還需多冰)到永和熱豆漿、晚上習慣穿短褲睡覺也自然改成長褲，這可是四十年來未曾發生的，昨早Jenny就戲稱等有天我早餐願意吃稀飯配小菜那才真的老呢！想一想剛跨越不惑即將一年，不惑可真是人生一大關卡，因為人稱女人四十一枝花，那男人四十是否一枝草，夫妻花草相映已近百，如何養護花草似乎不再是事不關己，畢竟永續的養份是長保平安健康的必需品。

隨著年齡漸長，自己也邁入了中年，而我們的父母也都陸續請領相關年金，這意謂著父母已步入老年了，所謂上有父母下有子女不就映照著世代交替的責任正在我們的肩上，時間是不待人的，想一想二十年前的自己與二十年後的可能自己，過去的可以細細品嚐與回憶，未來的就須密密規劃與創造，雖說「把握當下」是一句雋永之詞，但沒有過去就不會有于今更不會有將來，且讓人生將時間串起，追求中但求「平安、健康」。

有天我早餐願意吃稀飯配小菜那才真的老呢！----啊....我很早就變老了...

妳見笑了，或許稀飯小菜對妳而言是一種眷戀的享受

旅居在外總會懷念家鄉的總總

十幾年前在旅居美東時全家也喜歡到美心超市購買東方食品

而那時的稀飯小菜也是一種懷舊

老不老不在年齡，而在妳知道自己走過的年齡歲月嗎

我很久以前就已經吃稀飯配小菜了
現在更希望如果能有從前的醬菜可配
那真是天下第一幸福的事
這裡前幾天下冰雨
今天就很好的天氣
保暖對我們這年齡老說是很重要的
千萬不要貪涼

稀飯小菜其實是一種意境 -- 樸與實

當比較願意接受樸與實代表人生有所領悟 -- 也就是年紀漸長

還懂得貪涼是代表自己還年輕吧

The united leaf ( leaves) and its flower

Few days ago, I wrote down the concept of " Butterflies are always addicted to flowers. But the true love seems to be simple and easy which happens just between the flower and its leaves ( leaf) due to the reason that they share life together and the united  flower and leaves(leaf) create a better and more charming image--happiness."

"Take care of each other and take care for each other " are  kinds of simple phrases, but they are more like sweet commitement forever in life. Nice to know you've played the role of the leaf well, and your wife has played her role as a beautiful and attractive flower well. I believe that is the greatest blessing in the world.

Wish you, your beloved wife and your lovely daughter healthy and peaceful every day.

年輕時以學業、工作為重，所以較無法抽騰時間陪伴家庭

但或許因那段時間的付出才得以換得後四十年較多的時間

花葉的相襯與依存當然是不可切割的，其實就如Addiction

一家三口也如根莖葉一般，好好培育自然就有內蘊的幸福
