母親節前夕，老公在臉書上送了首歌給我，"Just The Way You are", 是我們喜愛的歌手 Billy Joel 的歌。

我慢慢的聽，仔細讀歌裡的詞。

真的，在牽手將近30幾年，現在就想對方保留原本的自己，不要為了另一半/小孩，或是無聊的社會眼光改變自己。

這是多年來累積的智慧與經驗。

年輕時，期待對方會為自己改變成我們理想中的樣子。但是時光告訴我們，放過對方也放過自己。

用最舒服的方式相處，包括他/她所有的好處與缺點。這樣下來，好處還是在甚至更多更好，缺點反而不再覺得是缺點。

回到起初的愛，挺好的。
